Return & Refund Policy – 2O2 Dept.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Please review your order carefully before purchasing, including selecting the correct size. All items are offered in standard sizing from Small through XXL.


Exceptions (Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Only)

We will only replace or refund items if they arrive damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product.

To be eligible, you must:

  • Contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery
  • Provide clear photo or video proof of the issue
  • Ensure the item is unused, unworn, and in original condition, including all packaging and tags

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Minor color or design variations due to screen/display differences

Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. Any issues must still be reported within the 7-day claim window.


Resolution Process

If your claim is approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion. Please allow a reasonable processing timeframe for review and resolution.


Policy Agreement

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may be challenged with proof of order fulfillment and policy acceptance.


Final Note

We aim to be fair and transparent with every customer. However, due to the nature of our products, items cannot be restocked or resold once purchased.
